poppy field near thixendale, yorkshire wolds, east yorkshire

A splash of bright summer colour with Poppies as far as the eye can see near Thixendale in the Yorkshire Wolds. In recent years the poppies have not been as widely spread for some reason. Hopefully it's just a seasonal problem and they'll return in larger numbers soon.
